many $$NEW$$ parts still hard to start??

1992 non turbo.2 new batteries,new starter,new fuel pump,new fuel line,new in-tank sending unit,8 new ford glow plugs,new gp sending unit altenator tested 14.5 volts.went to start it at work and i had to get a boost.the ground cable off of passenger side battery was warm but the ground off of the drivers side battery was cold.im i only running off of one battery?

What's the condition of the battery cables? Any corrosion at the terminals?

cleaned the terminals when i installed the new batteries.still cant figure out why the ground wire on the drivers side battery was cold and the one on pass. side was warm.

Ensure the large neg cables are tight on the engine block corners and the smaller wire goes to the frame pax side and rad support on drivers side.

93 F250 7.3 IDI S/C XLT 4X4 E40D 3.55LS, Captains chairs, Tutone Mocha, Leer 48" Hiboy cap, FR & RR hitches, full DeeZee running boards. Factory ordered/delivered Jan 93 has 160K+, it's basically a stock truck with all the Ford options, just no disc player.
