Can anyone tell me if I need a return line to the filter. I'm putting on a Davco filter, and wondering if I can re-route the return line thats supposed to go to the stock filter. ??? thanks anybody

The fuel filter header to return line at #1 injector was installed to divert any air to the return lines from the filter header. It is not required if you don't want it.......just realize any air in the filter header will now go through the IP to #2 injector return line.

thanks cdn sarguy, the davco I'm using has its own filter housing so I wont be using the stock header. What should I do with the old return line from the header to #1 injector? And is it a bad idea to have potential air going thru the IP? The Davco is a differrent unit with no provision for a return line so maybe it wont have an air problem like stock header?
