Red face new to me

hello one and all what a great forum lots of info I just bought a 93 f350 c.c. with the n/a 7.3 it was well kept but it has 300,000 mi on the clock
its runs and shift great only two issues no heater & the p.o. worked on the injector pump and now it runs rich (blue grayish smoke) always
I will be serching the forums for helpful hints & information

Sounds like he "turned up the pump", do a search on this forum to find out how it's done to turn it down.

thanks im reading on them now the p.o. said he replaced the o rings on the a rod that goes thru the pump??? maybe its also out of time will try and check it to

The PO probably replaced the O rings on the throttle shaft just under the lid....... there should have been no adjustments disturbed there.

Ziggster's page .........has the IP turn up info.

Remove the coolant lines to the heater core........ see if the core is plugged. Also on my photo link there is a pic of the heater control adjustment, just behind the glove box.
