safety/neutral switch from the auto tranny? You had to remove the selector indicator switch as it was attached to the side of the auto tranny. Maybe it's not "indicating" park or neutral if you left it hooked up to "fool" the ignition circuit...Maybe? Or did you just leave it on the tranny and the harness is tucked in somewhere. It may have to be there or a "loop" wired in the harness to complete the park/neutral indication..
