Unhappy OD light flashing

What will cause the OD light to keep flashing. As soon as I start the engine the OD light starts flashing.

Talking OD light flashing

The connector from the turn signal and cruise came apart which causes to lose turn signals and cruise causing the OD light to flash. once reconnected everything worked fine. It was necessary to disconnect the batteries so the computer could reset, then everything was fine..
