Is it ok to run 10w30 high mileage oil

I changed my oil with the Castrol GTX High Mileage 10w30 oil, when I was
at the store I thought it said diesel on it but, now, after it's already in the
engine, I cannot find the word diesel anywhere on the bottle.
It doesn't specify gasoline on the bottle either. It's this stuff
Castrol USA - Castrol GTX High Mileage

So, I do want to change it but, is this something that can wait a bit, or is it
a "do it now or die" sort of thing?

My truck is a '91 F250 7.3L IDI 4x4

Thanks for any suggestions

I don't see the diesel ratings. SF,SG,SJ etc are gasoline ratings. Diesel rating start with C's, like CE, CI, etc.

I'll try to find the Super RX.
My big question right now, is, that I need to drive 60 miles and don't have
time to change the oil between then and now, do you guys think I'll mess
up my engine running it a few hundred miles on the 10w30 high mileage oil?

Thanks again

No, you won't mess up the engine, but I'd replace it as soon as you get the chance.

I'm a big believer in Rotella-T, Delo 400, or Ursa.

You won't hurt anything. If you do want to go the Castrol route, I've always bought their diesel rated oil from an oil distributor by the case.
