Ordered a Pump and injectors from DPS

Ok,with all the talk about Ken recently I went ahead and ordered a Stage 1 injector set and Turbo Calibrated Injection pump.$450 for pump and $32 each for injectors. He said they should go out Monday.I will let everyone know first hand if I get bit like all the warnings we were given.I will also tell ya what happens when I install them.

Re: Ordered a Pump and injectors from DPS

Freight.......I installed the DPS Stage 1's and Turbo cal IP a little over a week ago, WOW!!! I had to upgrade to a 12 inch Kevlar/metalic South Bend Clutch. My rare clutch slip problem became a huge issue once Ken's fuel toys where on the truck. They supply serious fuel! I maxed the wastegate adjuster on the Banks and it will still smoke like a .........well........a Freight Train until the boost catches up. With the new, stonger clutch......I can finally appreciate the gains provided! I'm impressed with his IDI performace IP and injectors. I could use more turbo than what I'm getting out of the Banks at this point! I'm serious! The truck is a different animal with these mods and the clutch.

You'll be happy. I got mine one week after Ken got my core IP. Fast in my book. Performance as promised. THANKS KEN!

Me, you, Mel and a few others will be the smoking envy of the other IDI faithful at the IDI rally next month with these goodies.

Heath

Re: Ordered a Pump and injectors from DPS

I hope I am in the smoking section in a couple weeks. But the way things are going with this dang truck I don't know.I might be in the Danger Ranger.Lets hope not.I know his setup flows 33% more fuel than a stock setup so.......but no one ever talks about his fire hose system. The Stage 2 and the Stage 3 setup that Flows 400+CC of fuel(500%+ of Stock).
