please help kinda lost on how to figure out whats wrong

Hey guys. I have a 1993 ford f-250 Is was a n/a but i installed a banks turbo on it. Lately for about the past 6 months i have noticed a thud in the exhaust noice. it makes kinda like a miss thud noise. (maybe it always has and never noticed it) maybe its supposed to idk but i really dotn think it is supposed to. it kinda sounds like a miss. Also whenever the truck is cold and i start it up you can tell it has a miss to it. The truck has about 130,000 on it and the injectors are origanal. The injector pump has been changed and the timing is right on it. The truck does NOT have cavatation. There is no water moisture or anythign commign out from the ehaust or any smell of antifreeze. the truck does leak a very very little ammount of antifreeze tho. maybe a gal every 6 months or so id say. My question is do you guys think its a injector startign to go out on me? I heard right around the miles i have on my diesel injectors can go out. Please let me knwo what you guys think and is there anyway to test and tyry to figure out if it is a injector or anything? As for power the truck still has plenty of power and still boosts up good liek normal.
thanks again!

With the truck at warm idle....... crack each injector's line nut about 1/2+ turn... this will allow a pressure drop in the fuel and cause a miss fire/rough running...... now tighten that injector line nut.......move to the next one and repeat. If you do this and do not get a severe missfire at any injector consider that one may be the problem child. Warning high pressure in the lines so use a rag over the wrench/nut when loosening... for protection.

Also listen for chuffing at the exhaust or loud woofing in the intake ......turbo may cancel out the noises.

130K is about time to replace injectors..... I would have done it when the IP was done.

now I heard that sometines when a pump goes bad that it will send metal parts, pieces, filings into the injectors possibly ruining them in the process. this is why I was told to change the injectors with the pump.
