Angry Possessed 92 F250 when wet

I am getting this truck ready to sell and used some de-gunk on the engine - not the top - mostly around the PS Pump. When I hosed it off I started hearing the GP relay clicking. They key wasn't even in the ignition! I ended up having to disconnect the batteries because a couple of lights were on on the dash again without the key in (Rear ABS and Battery light). Any ideas what might be happening? I am letting it dry out for a day before I reconnect the battery.

Did you do a rinse off in the area of the engine fuse box or PCM connector drivers fender and firewall area. Check the engine harness plug same side.....

The thing is pretty well dried out now - yes I did get that area wet - it is right above the PS pump which was quite oily. I disconnected the cable to the engine just below the Fusebox and blew it out. Put it back together and tried it. It seemed to be OK. No lights on dash and I could turn it on - wait for the GP relay to start clicking (my Wait to Start light doesn't work), and it fired up. The surprise was when I tried to turn it off. It just kept running. Had to pull the battery cables to kill it. After re-connecting them all seemed to be OK.

Next I turned the key on and back off. Things still stayed on again (GP relay clicking, Rear ABS light on....).

Any ideas now? Not sure where the PCM is.

Well, now that it has dried out for a couple more days it seems to be OK.

The easiest path for power to get to the ignition circuit is at the GP relay, where there is a hot from the battery and a feed from the ignition circuit...
