power

im really considering putting propane on my truck soon. can i run it with the stock exhaust? what gauges do i need? i want to build my own kit instead of buying one are there any articles other than this one for more ideas? http://www.members.shaw.ca/k2pilot/P...20article.html

i would swap out exhuasts to drop egt's and makek for easier breathing... I would get water and pyro. if you have an auto trans get a tranny temp guage.

I used the stock exhaust at first with my homemade propane setup, no problem. But i didn't have a pyro, so i dont know about EGT.
If you make your own setup for propane and dont have turbo it is very important that you spread the propane over a large area in the intake.

did you put the mister in the intake like in the website where its in the round part before the filter? whats a water gauge? its a stick shift.
