Power steering leak

I've got a power steering leak in the gearbox on my pickup. It leaks real bad, like will empty itself in 2 days. I have found the leak to be coming from the output shaft of the gearbox ( around the shaft). My question is how do you change the seals in the gearbox? Is it difficult to do? Do you have to remove the gearbox to fix the seal? I'm sure it would be easier to replace the entire gearbox than rebuild it, but it don't need rebuilding. Any help is appreciated.

Been there, done it,

Change the entire steering Gear Box, it will save time/money.
Yes there are those that have changed seals only, and have fixed it.
Depending upon skill level and ability and how much you require your truck, will determine if you want to just replace the steering gear box and be over with the issue.
For some of us, changing the steering gear box is a challange.
Good Luck
