Power Stroke Intercooler install Question

Got an intercooler off a powerstroke for $60, what a deal. Got a few questions.
Does the trans cooler and condenser coil go in front of or behind the intercooler? Also what size pipes do I use? Can I use regular exhaust pipe? Where can I get an intake hat?
Any details pics would be helpful.

Thanks

Re: Power Stroke Intercooler install Question

Not sure how much $$ you want to get into this...but there is a "kit" that GTSmotorsports (Geoff) makes, that allows the intercooler to fit all our early trucks.
I bought his kit, and even had him install mine for me, and it works just great!

You can check out his site HERE and click on the FORD Performance link, then the "Intercooler" link.
Go to the bottom of that link, and you will see "install" pics and instructions as well.

Hope that helps.
