my truck has allright power for around town but when i tow its really slow even with like 3-4 atvs if i get propane will i be able to tow faster up hills? my truck is a non turbo. is it safe to run propane all the time even around town? ive heard propane can dry out cylinders is this true?

Propane is safe for all the time usage, as long as its not too much.
Propane will make your truck more powerful.
Propane allows the engine to run more efficiently, or burn more of the fuel, resulting in less soot. I dont know about it drying out the cylinders.
