Dont EVER EVER run both tanks dry!!!! I ran out right in front of the station. I guess I have broken pickups in my tanks!! At any rate, getting these motors to re prime is a Mother! Bteween running the batteries down, and overheating the starter, it took over 2 hours to get it re-started, finally had someone match bumpers and push start me!

my last fillup I was sputtering to the pump on the rear tank!!! only took 3 cycles of starting to get her going. I had someone hold the shrader valve open on filter while I cranked.

That really hurts the injection pump running dry. Its like running the motor without oil... Maybe in a few months you can replace the damaged pump.... [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sick.gif[/img]
