Has anyone found an extra-capacity rear tank that fits? I am looking for one that will work with B100 biodiesel, so the regular, "aluminized" steel tanks won't work. Would really like to find a 35 gal (or so), plastic one. I have "googled" my fingers off to no avail. Anyone have a source?

Yeah, some folks use the Bronco tank. You'll obviously need the straps for it as well, as tis much deeper than the stock one.

how big is that 55-gal front tank? Stock is 20 and tis freakin huge, there's hardly any space left for anything larger, and that 55 has to be a monster in size.

when i did this on a gasser years ago--they just sent long bolts--and pipe spacers, and reused the regular straps---tho i had to redo the send unit---

it will promote corrosion faster and it will also be a matter of is it done or is it done correct
the stock straps are made to hold the large tank your bolts and spacers are not
also the bolt and spacer idea has also in cases loosened a bit allowing the tank to move but i never heard of it falling out

Is there a chance or is there a "Parts Link" section? That would be nice to go to one area and find links to all the parts needed and a "Fix It" area too.
I will probably go with the plastic Bronco 33 gal rear tank with the new straps. There ARE larger "extra-capacity" rear (and front) tanks out there, but they are NOT made to be used with Biodiesel. They are made of "aluminized" steel (whatever that is), and they called me and said that they do NOT recommend or warranty them for use with anything over B10 (10% Biodiesel blend).

The rear tank is way easier, to me, to remove. The only thing holding mine up was the skid plate. It was about 8 or so bolts and odown it came. I wasnt sure if that was normal......
