Steering Box Leak

My steering box has developed a leak on the top end where the steering shaft goes in. There appears to be some kind of plastic dust cup around the shaft and then the seal is behind that? How hard are these to change and how should I go about doing it? The leak isn't what you would call major (pooring out) but it is pretty bad, I have to add fluid about twice a week and it sure is making a mess of things.

That box is heavy and hard to hold up in there and get the bolts started thru the frame. That was the hardest part for me to do. You need two people to do this job if you can find someone.
You will need a pitman arm puller and a inpact to get the pitman arm off.
You will need two jacks to get both front wheels off the ground to get the steering linkage to the rite place to connect the pitman arm back up.
You will need a pitman arm puller and a tie rod end puller. You can rent them at autozone.
