The only advice I have is if you don't know how to weld, find yourself a truckbuilder shop and pay them to do the job. This is not a job for the DIY and the liability if anything happens due to poor workmanship will bankrupt you. If you want to save some $$$$, do the feul system, electrical and brake line pull yourself and have it towed to the shop for the chop and stretch. have it towed back and you can finish up the rest of the work yourself.
