I have a '92 model F250. Does that truck have any built in wiring for electric trailer brakes? If so, what do I look for under the dash?
Thanks in advance, TomC
the 6 way plug is under the dash for the hookup--but it doesnt continue past the firewall--so will have to splice into the blue wire for the brakes--then run it to the rear of the truck--i got the connector off an older car--dont rem now--and hooked into the firewall connector--than ran it to the back of the truck-almost looks orig--

Next to, or right in the area next to the engine compartment fuse box, there will be a trailer relay box. It will have two relays inside. I don't think it is standard equipment. Pretty sure it's an option.
