Trying to find Beru ZD-9 glow plugs....are these it?

I'm about to order my injector return line kit with my caps/washers/o-rings, and I am also ordering a set of new glow plugs.

From searching the forum, it seems the general consensus is that the Beru ZD-9's are the way to go.

I found these glow plugs that are called "ForZD9" on this site. They are $7.95 each. Are these the ones that are recommended by you guys? (Wasn't sure if they were the "Beru ZD-9's" or maybe a knock off)

Here's the link
7.3 L Ford Diesel Fuel Injectors Fuel Pumps Accessories

I want to order these asap so I can get them changed out maybe next weekend. Can anyone confirm this for me, or direct me to where I can buy these Beru ZD-9 glow plugs? They definitely were not at my local autozone...

Thank you!

I bought a set of these from them a few months ago and they had "Wellman" stamped on them.. I have read here that they are just as good. NO problems and the truck goes VROOM as soon as the WTS light goes off...

ZD-9s use a bullet connector, so yes, those are the ones. Price is good too, these can be over $15 from Ford and over $20 from the IHC dealer.

I had Wellman glowplugs in my truck, 2 of them died over summer and one was intermittent, yet once I put in the manual controller override the remaining 5 glowplugs when ran for 10 seconds would start the truck almost instantly upon hitting the key.

A phone call to the supplier would confirm the exact make of the GP's.

Exclamation noooooo

those are not berus, i would not trust them.

if you have an orileys they should have them.... motorcraft zd9 /aka beru
at the international dealer they were $14.xx each for 8
ifyou ask me that is cheap insurance to keep from removing your heads to remove a broken gp

whatever you do dont use autolite, too many horror stories of them swelling / breaking off during removal,

of the plugs that came in my engine somehow an autolite snuck in there, when i tried to replact the gp's a few weeks ago the only one that gave me trouble was that one, it had swelled and burned out. took two pairs of locking pliers and a prybar to get it out, and i got lucky because it came out and did not break!

I lucked out and I bought the beru glow plugs on Ebay. When they arrived they were still in the unopened Motorcraft pouches with these prints on them:

ZD-9
F2TZ-12A342-A
Made in Germany

These specs matches exactly to the glow plugs that I used to buy from Autozone. I only buy from Ebay sellers providing $2000 buyers protection.
This rating is hard to get and the seller isn't about to cheat and lose it.

I paid $10 for each glow plug, including shipping.

It was a one time deal because the seller only had eight glow plugs to sell. I kept trying Ebay periodically and I just happened to come across them at the right time. I typed in 'beru ZD-9 glow plugs' to search in Ebay.

I orderd those plugs from the same place.Only because they are $30.00 each at ford, and I couldn't afford them at that price. I had autolite for 2 months, and 7 of them burnt out.The plugs I got in the mail were wellman.I emailed them and told them these are not the plugs i orderd. They emailed me back and apologized and asked me what i got??? duh.Anyhow I put the wellmans in and swithched to a manual control for the plugs , hope this lasts longer.
