Re: vibration from 25 to 35ish
Have you changed u-joints lately? If you don't mark the shafts so that they are lined up the same way they were installed/balanced from the factory you can get a vibration. Also especially with a crew cab the center carrier bearing/support could be failing, I replaced mine when I did the u-joints, it felt kinda of sloppy, especially compared to a new one, but, it needs to be pressed on & off. Check & make sure that none of the u-joints appear to be failing & that the pinion flange nut is not loose, or a drive shaft balance weight has not fallen or been scraped off, also check tire balance & wheel bearings. A poor mans balance is to use 2 hose clamps just large enough to fit the drive shaft put a chalk mark where the clamp screws line up, the vehicle needs to be very firmly stable on jack stands and slowly start vehicle slowly building up to problem speed move 1 hose clamp about 1/4" at a time from a safe distance you be able to observe the drive line vibration decrease, then move the other clamp 1/4" in the other direction until vibration is eliminated.
hope this helps.
