water in oil - blown heads? Find repair manual

I have radiator fluid in the oil and oil in the radiator fluid. Does this FOR SURE mean that the head gaskets are blown? And, if it does mean this, where do I find a repair manual for this truck (94 F-350, IDI Turbo)? Also, any suggestions for a good place for parts and/or a complete part list I'll need to replace the head gaskets. Tips on doing this project are more than welcome!
Thanks for your help!
John

well john it sure sounds like a head gasket or head to me...i would recommend napa i prefer them over anyone else. i would start by doing a compression test to be sure, and go from there.

I think you can get the same results with a problematic oil cooler.

Yep, pressure-wash the engine, let it dry, and pressure-test the cooling system over a clean spot in the driveway. Once you see drops on the ground, crawl under and look up.

Oil cooler is ALOT easier to deal with than head gaskets!

Thank you all for your help. The oil cooler is off the block but I can't get it out. Do I raise the engine and how is the best way to raise the engine?

Any leads on good repair manuals with exploded diagrams?

Thanks - this is the best site out there to get help when it is needed!
