Re: wires wires and more wires

Idk about the rest, but that first set of wires behind the alternator, I think the wire on the end runs to the top of the fuel/water separator. Mine broken off too, and the other connectors arent connected and it still runs ok. I too would like to know whats up with that?

Re: wires wires and more wires

wires: There are two temp sending units, one for the gauge and one for the engine warning light, one is on the head behind the power steering pump and one up higher.

fuel line wire: Hard to say, but look at the fuel filter head. It has three wires, Bottom is "water in fuel" light, top toward IP is "fuel filter" light, top toward fender is a worthless fuel heater.

plug: The only one I'm sure of. Mine has the exact same plug with factory plastic cap over it. Apparently not used.

Poor pics but here goes......
#1
One would probably go to the Vacuum sensor on the filter header the other to the water in fuel sensor on the base of the filter.

#2 is the fuel heater wire......

#3 Is there a cap on that plug
