Question WTB - factory oil cooler for 7.3 IDI

I am looking to buy new or used facory 7.3 IDI oil cooler assembly
used on 88' - 92 engines

Wreckers would be a choice..... then do the oil cooler oring replacement. New cooler it self is not too bad a price but the headers are really expensive. Have the orings done by a navistar dealer and tested is also a choice.

Whats up with yours.....

Question JB Weld !

Since I bought the truck, oil leak has increased from the front
o ring ....

Turns out previous owner completely JB welded around the
connection between the tube & holder - it may not come apart !

I figured the easiest fix was new assembly (may not be available)
or used assembly with new o rings installed .....

A little heat from a propane torch and it will come right apart. I have 2 complete assemblies for pickups.

91 F350 crew cab 4x4 7.3 ats and intercooled with cut down 2000 ps cooler, bigger turbo comp,head studs, torque cam, coated rockers , balanced. very good power.

made 218hp/461tq on a mustang dyno lasst dec with 80k on the rebuild
pyro,boost and all stock guages ignored with mechanical real ones
Fugitive sandrail. type 4 2840 turbo fi, lots of fun
