83 250 teardown

my head gasket was blown, steering was bad, radiator no good and a bunch of other small problems. i decided to scrap it. I bought an 86 for 1100.00. figure i can get about 500 in scrap for the 83. but before i take it down to the yard what should i take off. so far i have the alternator, IP, tank switch, starter and batteries. what else? thanks

Vacuum pump
fuel line heater
Vacuum reservoir, they sometimes rust out.

Look for upgrades to the new one, maybe intermittent wipers if the old one has it and the new one doesn't, cruise control.
If the old rear-end is a 3:55 and the new one is 4:10, I would swap them.

The fuel tank switching valve under the truck is expensive. Get it now... If its the auto trans get the vacuum switch off the injection pump. It will cost you plenty later if you need one.
