99-03 super duty rear end

can 99-03 super duty rear end 8 lug 4;10 gears with disk be thrown into the 80-86 f series

I am pretty sure they will bolt up fine, but the lug pattern in a metric type of 8x170mm where as what you have on the front is 8x6.5. So you would have to run different wheel on the front than on the rear, but other than that, you would be good to go. Scotty

From what I have been told, it is a direct bolt in swap, including changing the yoke out. You will, however, need the wheels with the metric bolt pattern. A couple of guys on here have done this swap, hopefully they'll be along to help out.

This is good for my wife I bought it before I found out it would work there was a line of people to get it I was 2 and 1 did not show 400 was asking He helped me load it he did not know if it would work either and I will be working an extra day this week

Don't forget the emergency brake cables. I think they are different.
