Air compressor & Tank

Hey guys,
I have a 60 to 80 gallon horizontal air compressor tank, I also have the compressor and motor (motor is 480v, 3 phase). It came off of a four story building as a building pneumatics scource, but was undersized and replaced with a larger unit. I was going to change the motor and use it as a stationary unit in my garage, but since I have a portable I've decided I don't need it. The compressor was actually replaced to see if it would keep up with the load, so it is fairly new, the motor is useless in any but an industrial setting. I have gotten so much help here at the site, I'm offering it up to anyone who wants it. It has been an out door unit all its life, so is weathered, but sound.
Icanfixall, you are at the top of the list for all your help, and your proximity, if you are not interested then it is up for grabs if anyone in this area is interested.
Thanks all,
Don T

Re: Air compressor & Tank

Thanks Don. I have 2 units that are in my work area now. I really couldn't use a third one but sure do thank you for the offer. The 480 volt system would be the real problem in a residential setting but now an industrial shop setting would be perfect.

Re: Air compressor & Tank

I hear that!!! Mine came to my house, we did live together for a while, then got married...so now everything is half hers, even my dang truck!!!

That's the way it should be though, not knocking it, just laughing at how it all works out.
