EGT Gauge Problem on 6.9

My EGT Gauge is just staying in one spot (about 85-90) and dosen't move at all. It was working great yesterday. I checked all the conections that I could find and checked the back of the gauge, I even wiggled the wires to see it that made the needle move and nothing. When I was holding the gauge in my hand if I moved the gauge the needle would move up and down a little bit but probably just because I was moving the gauge around. It is a Banks EGT gauge. Any Ideas??

Attach a voltmeter to the terminals on the back of the gage. Run the truck up to operating temperatures and see if the voltage changes from the cold point. If so, the gage is bad. If not, the sensor is bad. Dive Bomb Charley says it's the sensor.
