head and rocker arm torque specs

I was wondering if any one had torque specs for the head and rocker arm. motor is a 6.9l and i am going with used head bolts. i am also going with the sequence of centre out and i am asuming about three rounds to tighten. I have seen at least three diferent specs for used bolts, 80lb, 85lb, and 95lb. if anyone can help on this would be much appreciated.

From my international book
"Cylinder Head Bolt (used) 80lbf-ft"
Step 1 40lbf-ft
Step 2 70lbf-ft
Step 3 80lbf-ft
Step 4 repeat Step 3

"Valve Lever Post Bolt(see note) 20lbf-ft"
NOTE-Rotate engine until timing mark (notch) is approximately 20 degrees before vertical position as viewed from the front of the engine, approximately 11:00, Tighten each pair of bolts down evenly.
