Question kerosene fuel

i have an 86 ford f 250 and was wondering if i can run kerosene in it or will it hurt it

It will run but its hard on the injector pump and injectors.

depends if your gonna run it straight kerosene or mix it with somethin else. kerosene by its self dosent have enough lubricating properties by its self. If I remember correctly ford used to recomend adding it to your fuel if operating in cold weather. just not to expect much fuel mileage from it.

to run kerosene---according to what percent you run--to add lube---you add so much 30W non detergent oil---dont remember the quantity-----
