2005 Factory brake controller

Has anyone purchased an electric brake controller for the 2005 super duty for their truck, that didn't get it from the factory? I was installing the upfitter switches last nite, and the wiring is already there for the controller. Where can I find it, and how much does it cost? Thanks everyone. Re: 2005 Factory brake controller

I have the switches already, bought them from powerstrokeshop.com. Ordered monday, at my door yesterday when I got home from work. Great place to shop. BUT, I couldn't find the trailer brake controller offered there. Maybe I am missing something.

Re: 2005 Factory brake controller

Do a search, it's been posted a few times. IIRC, you need the controller, new master cylinder, and computer programmed by the dealer to recognize the controller.

Cheers,

Tom
