5er Financing

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a good source of financing for a fifth wheel. An institution that offers pre-approval and online applications would be great. My credit union will not finance 5th wheels so unfortunately that is out. Thanks for any help!!!

Re: 5er Financing

That's strange. I wonder why they won't do it? I got the best financing from my local CU. 6.45% back in March for 15 years. Granted it won't take me that long to pay off, it was cheap.

I'm not sure if you'll find good rates online. When I shopped they were around 10%.

Re: 5er Financing

Thats the thing about the banks. I tried refinancing my rig with extra money into it. They wouldnt do it said it was too old. I banked with them for over 20 years and always paid my bills and always had money to cover everything...You get my drift. Anyway try the dealership. Finance there then refinance with your bank 8 months down the road with a little extra money for it...Try see if your bank will do that.....

\also check RV mags and Good Sam clubs for financial institutions

Planned upgrades are a new and better turbo and larger exhaust pipes than the 21/2s that are already under the rig/ would like a 6 spd tranny but dont know if that is a feasable or smart investment yet.
