5th Wheel Hitch

I will be purchasing a F-350 dually in the future.

I would like to install an 18k 5th wheel hitch w/ 4 way pivoting head and rails that install below the bed.

Anyone know which brands will do the job?

It sounds like the B&W TurnoverBall Companion hitch is exactly what you are looking for. 18k trailer max. Nothing in the bed but a small hole when the hitch is removed. Not cheap.
B&W Custom Truck Beds, Inc.

A bit less expensive would be the Reese Signature series. The bedrails install under the bed. With the 5er hitch removed, all you see is four little "pucks" in the bed. They have a 16/18k model and a 20/22k model. Here is the install instructions for the under-bed bedrails for the 16/18k models:

Most major mfgs are going to some form of under-bed installation and a clean bed when the hitch is removed.
