84 6.9 f250 towing capacity?

the door post has a GVWR of 8600lbs but doesn't mention GCVWR or towing capacity

anybody know the towing capacity or GCVWR for this truck?

or a website to look it up?

have done a google on it but can't come up with any answers

not positive but i think the rear is 3.55 (this rearend is from my 85 after the 84 rear lost some teeth)

Depending on gear ratio a 6.9 C-6 combo had Ford rated Gcwr as
3.07 gear = 10500 lbs
3.54 gear = 12000 lbs
4.10 gear = 14000 lbs

If everything is in good condition it will pull a lot more weight than that, but that is the factory weight ratings.
