Add On Sleeper Options

I put these links in another topic and thought it might be good to put a new thread out on them. I am considering adding a sleeper and have found these two are available:

Cowtown Sleepers The best tops for your pickup

Roadmaster Truck Conversion and Cab Extensions, Luxurious sleeper for Pick Up Trucks

I wish that I could $wing the Roadmaster option. They have my truck on the homepage looking good!

I had one like the Cowtown on my previous pickup, very handy when you have a small cab. However I had to sell it when I got my gooseneck horse tlr. It's a V-nose, but the sleeper still interfered too much in really tight turn-arounds.

$10k for the base unit is nuts. i'm installing a big rig sleeper on my E450 cut-away. slow progress because using one hacked off a unicab but the box type would be a piece of cake. they can be had cheap. so cheap, that to the wifes dismay, i brought home 7.
any chance that would work for you? good luck!

That is a great idea. I have been around trucks my whole life and it was my first thought. But, I am not the right guy to go cutting and extending frames, so I am looking at the quickest option. But I think your idea is perfect. Tuck and rolled interior, lights and stereo already wired, vents and side doors...post pictures would you?
