If it was a CAT scale, then you have 4 weights:
Front axle
Rear axle
Trailer axles
Gross combined weight (GCW)
Add the front and rear axles to get GVW on the tow-vehicle's two axles. Compare that to your GVWR of 11,500 pounds.
Your GCW is well below your GCWR of 23,000 pounds, so it's okay to head for Denver via I-70. Assuming you don't have taller than stock tires.
