Insurance adjusters also ask some very particular questions about usage and loading when reporting a claim. I don't know how far they can take it - I've never given them them the opportunity.

u2slow, you are in Canada, and may have different laws from us in the states. I dont think there is anything such as "voided" insurance. Read the fine print in your policy, my educated guess is if your insurance does not cover something after the fact, then you probably were not covered in the first place, thus the exclusion. Either that or you need to get a better insurance company.
