Not sure I can help with an exact replacement. But one of these might help get you thru the season. I goes on over you existing vent. Then maybe some foam and duct tape to control the draft if it is cold at your deer camp.
I have them on my regular vents and they work awesome, no rain gets in when my vents are open, even when driving.
