I was at a car race this past weekend and one guy had a high-speed battery box for his emergency breakaway battery. Has anyone seen these? You push a button on top of the box and you get some L.E.D. lights displaying the battery strength.
I can't remember the manufacture though. Anyone seen these or have a website link?
Thanks,

I love my truck.
Notice also the Warner electric brake controllers at the bottom of the page. The displacement of the hydraulic controller should be compatable with ABS.....
And the air unit is compatable with a FMVSS 121 system, how well they dated that controller as the 121 system was a failed ABS system from the 70's.
I want to be able to quickly see if the battery is charged prior to towing the trailer.
Thanks again.

I have that system on the trailer I pull daily,,,it works like it's supposed to,,yellow light will be on BEFORE you hook up,indicating that it needs to be charged,,,aas soon as you plug in it will go to the green light indicating it IS charging,,,most of the time there is NO light which means all is well, but you can press the button to confirm the charge....hope that helps

That's what I have on my horse trailer. Works slick. I was needing a battery when I spotted it and put the battery money in it. I think it's a great investment.
