I just picked up my new enclosed car hauler. I want to do something to finish the floor. I will also be hauling ATV's in the trailer so some mud and water might be an issue. Any ideas?

The Rhino line idea is a good one. Expensive but good.
Is the floor painted? If not seal/prime/paint. Hopefully someone here will have some durable ideas. (for myself I would consider something slightly rough so floor not slick when wet/muddy/icy) There was (likely still is) a spray on plastic that was 1/4th the cost of Rhino liner for trailers/grain/dump trucks. They suggested spraying lightly/dust floor with (IIRC) chicken grit then spray for walking surfaces. It would be low enough not to bother when sweeping deck.
I power washed mine and sealed it with Cabot clear solution, the same stuff I use on decking to refinish them. It's a linseed oil based finish that penetrates the surface and doesn't leave residue to slip on. I power washed it to get the "mill glaze" off of the wood to allow the sealer to penetrate better. If you don't want to power wash you could use TSP and bleach (with water) and a scrub brush, then seal it.

If it's worth doing it's worth doing right!!
I just bought a new haulmark in Jan. and wanted to do the same thing because I use mine for my lawn care buisness. What I did that turned out great, was to prime the floor, and then painted it my color of choice. Grey. I started at the front, painted a 4' section deep all the way across. Then, take some sand(the coarser the better, I used sand blasting sand that I had in the garage), and sprinkle that evenly onto the painted area. You can control how rough you want it. Then paint another row, and sprinkle more sand, continuing all the way to the rear of the trailer. When that is dry, come back with another coat of paint to lock in the sand and you have a great looking non-skid floor! And it's easy to repair/refresh when ever you need to.

Take a look at THIS.
It's a lot cheaper than Rhino and will provide the protection that you desire. Plus, you can apply it up the walls a few inches to further seal the floor and it can be touched up if needed.

We have a trailer we use for motorcyle roadracing. It gets 30 + weekends a year. We did the sand in the paint trick and it worked really well. You have to reapply a couple of times a year.
right now we have the wal-mart brand of roll in bed liner. It's not as good as the Hurculiner, but it's about a third of the price. The sand worked better though. It had better grip.

THere are special floor paints available. You do not prime with these as the primer is too soft for it. I usually buy Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams. Otherwise, I bet herculiner would work great.
