FIRST TOW RESULTS

Well i finally got to tow my 5th wheel to Myrtle Beach for a long weekend with my f450 and it did a fine job, the ride is so much better than my old 05 f350 and is quiet on the highway the clutch fan came on a couple of times but it wasnt loud as some have said on the forum and it stayed on maybe a minute. The fuel mileage hand calculated was 7.5 going and 8 on the return the rv weighs 14500 and it was mixed driving 80 miles 2 lane and 140 interstate 60 to 70 mph the truck now has 1900 miles on it hoping maybe to pick up better mileage after a few more miles. I stopped on the side of the road on the way back and the regen process was going on and man thats some HOT exhaust i could see the heat fumes coming out of the tailpipe. Anyway so far i dont regret buying the new truck about the only thing i miss about the old one is the 10.5 mpg towing and the turbo whistle
