Wondering what you use, if anything, to maintain your wood plank floor on your flatbed? My buddy put Termin-8 on his (even though it is treated lumber) and it looks like it does a good job. Any other things you've had good luck with?
Linseed oil or a product like Thomsons wood perservative works for me. I bought a trailier that had a painted deck and it had boards that rotted out in 5 years. It was slippery when wet too.

Thanks for the response, f100. I was thinking that some sort of oil/stain/preservative would be better than paint due to maintenance and slipperyness. I was going to paint my side boards but maybe I'll use oil/stain/preservative on them as well. Thanks for the input!
Another vote for Thompsons Water Sealer. It's worked very well for our 18ft flatdeck trailer, and none of the boards have any rot at all in them after 5 or 6 years of sitting outside.
