Grade braking torqueshift
Found out something nice this past week. We went to the mountains of NC for the first time with the new truck. Worked great. I found out that if you start down a grade with the cruise set the trans will downshift to maintain the set speed and remain in cruise. Worked better braking than running without cruise. Most of you probably knew this but I didn't. I don't normally run in the mountains with the cruse on, but tried it this time.
Nice surprise.
