hauling over 10k how do i get licensed in RI
I'm looking into getting a 32ft goose neck to haul a pulling truck and also farm equipment. i will be using the truck in my sig and to my understanding i need some type of cdl to be able to haul any trailer rated over 10,000 lbs. what do i need to do to be legal. any info would be great thanks
