IBC with disc brakes on trailer

We have just upgraded our axles to 7,000# with disc brakes on our 5th wheel trailer. We are also in the process of trying to find a 2008 Superduty to purchase that has the integrated brake controller. Do any of you with a 2008 tow a trailer with disc brakes and if you do, how does the IBC work with the disc brake actuator that is hydraulic? Thanks in advance.

Some will work some not. Depends on the actuator(pump). Ill be having disks installed on mine next week. They say the prodigy will work fine even though sometimes it will not.
