Left trailer turn signal inop

Ok, so i'm workin on my buddys truck yesterday and he tells me the letf turn sigal doesnt work on his 01 superduty. I have no power for the turn signal at the plug or the harness behind the plug. Is there a seperate fuse for the trailer turn signal?

Yes left and right turn have separate fuses. The 99's were under the hood, in 02 they're under the dash. I don't know when they changed that. Do you have an owners manual handy?

I used to have a link to manuals, but my computer crashed and I lost my favorites. If I find it again I'll post it. I'm guessing you have a fuse panel under the hood. Take a look at the mini fuses or test with a multi-meter to find the bad one.
