Low front and sagging rear...

Like others who have posted in the past I am plagued with the sagging rear suspension when towing and the desire to level the front end to the rear. My issue is this... if I raise the rear with springs rather than bags like some tend to recommend, then what good is a leveling kit going to do? Isn't the rear still going to be higher with the additional spring(s)? I've always been a fan of simple, straight forward springs rather than "gadgets", not that the bags don't work but... I don't want an all out lift, but I want capacity and a level stance. Don't tell me I should have bought a 350

Re: Low front and sagging rear...

I had a F 350 with rear bags I loved it for towing. I towed 15000 lbs and the truck never sagged. My F 350 was lower in the front then the back but it was also 2wd.

My 4x4 F 550 is level the rear suspension (4link with air bags) does not even move when towing 18000 lbs.
