More Tow Command Data
Added data on new Ford Tow Command system.
Ford Broadcast message 4080 states (paraphrased) that on trucks built before 3-23-05 the IBC output, while in Park with brakes fully applied, should be between 1-3 volts. For trucks built after 3-23-05, the IBC output should be greater than 10-12 volts.
Big difference and will affect the way different braking systems function.
No information was supplied telling why this change was made or what was done to effect it (I.e.: programming, physical change of controller, etc).
