Looks like you need to adjust your hitch and transfer some more of the weight to the front axles. As you posted, you are lighter on the front axle after hitching.
You don't need to spend the $$$ for a Hensley Arrow, when you can do as well with a Reese Dual cam HP. With the F250, you should do fine once you get the trailer/hitch set up correctly. Make sure the trailer is as level as possible and the truck squats the same front and rear when hitched.
