I had one and was very happy with it. The trailer tracks great and doesn't sway at all.
The downside is that it effectively lengthens your trailer by about four feet. Backing is different than with a standard hitch. It acts like a shorter tow vehicle with a longer trailer. It isn't really harder, but it is different and takes some getting used to.
On some vehicles the spare tire and exhaust need to be moved for clearance.
If you change tow vehicles you may or may not be able to move the Pull_rite to the new one. Sometimes they fit and sometimes they don't.
I had one on my old Ford Van and took it off and fabricated some new brackets for the Excursion. Towing with it is great once you get use to the way the trailer cuts on turns but the way it handles a trailer at speed and in traffic is worth the minor inconveniences. The one thing I don't care for is when you want to move the trailer over a foot or so you have to pull out of where it is parked a lot further than you would with a normal type hitch. I would highly recommend them to any one with a higher profile type trailer. If you get one a electric trailer tong jack almost becomes a necessity due to the stiffness of the weight distributing bars, you have to raise the rear of the tow vehicle and trailer tong to connect them with out dropping a nut. I have some pics of my hitch off the X in my signature.

Pullrites are good. I would go with a Hensley. You don't have to modify your truck or move it to another truck when you get a new one. Also, the hensley attatches totally to the TT, so most any vehicle can pull it.
