Ran accross the scales
Finley ran my rig accross the scales today. I had a 20' goose neck trayler with 25,000 lb axels on it and a smaller tractor on the trayler. total grose weight was 19,450 . I was supprised i didn't think i weighed that much but the tractor did have flued in the rear tires which adds quite a bit of weight. Truck handeled the rig great . I lost 11mph on a verry hard hill to pull up. my dads chevy 3500 with 350 and 5speed looses 8mph with only a 6000 lb trayler on. with 6000 i can gain speed up that hill. sorry to be windy but i was verry pleased with it and a luttle supprised by my weight. Not as much and the hay grinder im gona run this winter truck and grinder 72,000 and when i hall corn i get to 85,000 some times a luttle over leagle
